Texas Pro Maid offers regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra help. Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.
No. There are no contracts to sign. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.
Just call us or fill out our request form. Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests, and you will be provided with a copy. This is not a contract, but merely another way to guarantee you our personalized, consistent and timely service.
You do not need to be home, although of course you are welcome to be. Many of our customers grant us access to or provide access codes. We keep all access codes extremely secure. If your maids are locked out of the home on cleaning day, you will be assessed a fee of $25.

Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change.
In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All Texas Pro Maid employees are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.
Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.
Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay by check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or cash. For your convenience, if you prefer paying by credit card, you can do so through your online invoice.
Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our maids can clean your home better and more efficiently. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information to be included on your work order.
Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations. However, if you do wish to tip them, please feel free to do so.
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Texas Pro Maids ordinarily guarantees a specific day for your house cleaning but not a specific time. Due to our flexible and ever-changing schedule, we are unable to commit to a specific time of day for our maids to arrive. However, if you contact us on the day of your maid service, we will be glad to estimate the time our maids will arrive. If you need a specific time guarantee, feel free to call us. Within reason, we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
Simply call us 48 hours prior to your cleaning day. A fee of $25 will be assessed for cancellations made with less notification.
